There’s no fixed deadline on this initiative; my priority is building a reliable, long-term pipeline rather than chasing a quick win. Deliverable
• At least one confirmed project where the client signs with us and releases the first milestone payment. After the first success we can move to a rolling arrangement.
Once a deal closes, I release the pre-agreed commission immediately after the client’s initial payment clears.
