Hiring BDE for Web & Mobile Development Projects

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) / Freelancer Bidder to help us win projects in web and mobile app development.

Our tech stack: React.js, Next.js, React Native, Node.js

Role:
- Find and bid on relevant projects (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Write personalized, high-converting proposals
- Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
- Build a consistent pipeline of quality leads

Requirements:
- Proven experience in bidding for web/mobile projects
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of modern development technologies
- Result-driven approach

Compensation: Fixed + commission or performance-based (flexible)
