Global BPO Outsourcing Consultant / Broker – Remote
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹300,000 INR
We are looking for a seasoned outsourcing consultant or broker—anywhere in the world—who has strong networks with SMBs or large enterprises looking to outsource services to India.
Role Responsibilities
- Leverage your industry network to identify outsourcing needs within SMBs and large companies.
- Introduce and connect us with decision-makers or procurement teams.
- Assist in pitching our BPO services and closing outsourcing deals.
- Collaborate with our internal team to scope, price, and deliver customized BPO proposals.
- Optionally, provide end-to-end client handling including onboarding and transition (if experienced).
Ideal Candidate
- Strong network or database of business owners, CXOs, or procurement heads in industries like E-commerce, Healthcare, BFSI, EdTech, Logistics, SaaS, and more.
- Previous experience in brokering outsourcing deals, vendor onboarding, or BPO advisory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and generate measurable results.
- Open to long-term engagement on a profit-sharing model (commission per closed project or ongoing revenue share).
