charge of our newly established Human Resources & Company Setup agency
in Malaysia.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Phase 1 (Launch): Set up core operations, manage payroll systems, and
establish compliance.
* Phase 2 (Growth): Drive marketing and hunt for global B2B clients,
with a heavy focus on the China market.
* Phase 3 (Scale): Recruit, train, and manage full departmental teams
as the business expands.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Strong background in HR, Manpower, Agency operations, or Corporate Services.
* Proven track record in B2B marketing and high-value client acquisition.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin (critical for managing China accounts).
