Freelancer Sales Chat Responder

I’m overwhelmed with incoming messages on my Freelancer account and need someone who can fokus pada membalas chat in real time. All conversations revolve around penjualan dan pemasaran, so a basic understanding of funnels, proposals, and common KPIs is essential.

Your main duty is simple: sit inside the Freelancer web or mobile chat and keep every prospect engaged, informed, and moving smoothly toward a brief or quote. Courtesy, speed, and accuracy matter more than word-count.

Daily routine
• Monitor the Freelancer chat dashboard during the agreed shift
• Respond in clear, friendly Indonesian (and English when needed)
• Log key details—lead name, project idea, budget hints—into a shared sheet
• Flag hot leads so I can jump in quickly

Acceptance criteria
• First-response time under 5 minutes while you’re on duty
• No message left unanswered by end of shift
• Accurate, complete notes for at least 95 % of chats
