# Freelance Community Recruitment Partner (Remote)

As we continue to grow globally, we are expanding our network in Turkey and are looking for motivated Freelance Community Recruitment Partners to help identify, engage, and onboard qualified professionals.
## Role Overview
As a Freelance Community Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing healthcare and wellness professionals who may benefit from joining the StrongBodyAI platform. You will introduce the platform, explain its features and benefits, answer basic questions, and guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process.
Target professionals include doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga and Pilates instructors, therapists, psychologists, skincare specialists, aesthetic practitioners, and other wellness experts.
Candidates may be sourced through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Instagram, job boards, professional associations, referrals, and your existing network.

Remote freelance position
Flexible working hours
Part-time or full-time collaboration
Work from anywhere in Turkey
## Compensation
Performance-based compensation of USD 40 for each professional who successfully completes registration and becomes active on the platform.
