About the Opportunity:
Thinkers Lab is leading the development of a corporate sports and professional networking community in Saudi Arabia, bringing together companies, professionals, decision-makers, and organizations through sports, wellbeing, engagement, and meaningful business connections.
We are seeking a motivated female freelancer to support partnership development, community growth, and stakeholder engagement.
Project Duration
3–4 Months (Freelance / Project-Based)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and participating companies.
Build relationships with HR, Marketing, CSR, and leadership teams.
Generate partnership and business development opportunities.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective partners.
Follow up on sponsorship, partnership, and participation opportunities.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Support community awareness and outreach activities.
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Thinkers Lab on execution plans and progress updates.
Requirements
Female based in Riyadh.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, sponsorships, or account management.
Existing corporate network is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation
Monthly Retainer.
Performance-Based Incentives.
Commission on secured partnerships, sponsorships, and participating organizations.

This is a project-based opportunity for an initial period of 2–4 months, with the potential for future collaboration based on performance and project requirements.
