Executive Search & BD Talent Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a 30-day window to bring three high-impact professionals onto our team:
• Two Executive Search consultants who have demonstrable success handling Finance and Manufacturing leadership mandates. A background in retained search, C-suite mapping, and stakeholder management with FRBs or large corporates will be essential, as those are the client segments we serve.
• One Business Development Manager who can own the full commercial cycle—lead generation, client relationship management, market analysis, and, crucially, consistent revenue generation for our service lines: Executive Search, Psychometric Assessments, Research Survey & Analytics.
What I need from you is straightforward: source, assess, and present qualified, interview-ready candidates who can start (or at least sign) within the next month. I will provide detailed role briefs, competency matrices, and scheduling access once we begin. Success is measured by signed offers accepted within the deadline.
Additional details:
- Onsite roles will be based in Mumbai.
- Remote roles can be from anywhere in India.
- Candidates working from home must have their own laptop and internet access as no infrastructure will be provided.
- Communication in English is mandatory.
