Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Home + occasional studio visits once in ~10 days)
Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month (depending on skills & performance)
Commitment: Minimum 3 hours daily
Duration: Minimum 3 months (with possibility of extension)

About the Role

Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support business growth in the music, sound production, and entertainment space. The role involves scouting opportunities, driving collaborations, and building industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

- Scouting & Outreach:

Research and connect with recording studios for production tie-ups.
Approach restaurants, bars, and hotels for DJ gigs and live music events.
Identify and reach out to brands for collaborations in voiceovers, sound design, and music projects.
List and manage profiles on voiceover/freelancer platforms (Voices, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.).

- Relationship Building:

Maintain and nurture connections with clients, partners, and leads.
Act as the first point of contact for new opportunities.

- Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and new opportunities in music, hospitality, and wellness.

- Coordination:

Assist with scheduling, drafting pitches, and following up with leads.
Join for in-person studio sessions once in 10 days for brainstorming and alignment.

Ideal Candidate

Current student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Media/Entertainment preferred).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Passion for music, events, and the entertainment industry is a big plus.
Based in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.
