I have developed the most advanced MLS (Multi Listing System) for real estate agents predominantly for Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca Spain. This is a recurring subscription-based product which should generate great recurring revenue.
This system can be developed for anywhere. For example, I know Portugal and Dubai do not have this available and could open a new market for Real Estate in these and many areas.
We have also developed a separate version of the system which can be used as an in-house internal MLS for developers who have multi developments maybe even in different countries. Same goes for Real Estate Agents that have multi agencies.
We have invested over €500,000 building this platform. We have an amazing development team so we can basically modify, white label and add or remove features.
What I am looking for is an entrepreneur interested in joining me on this. Someone who would play a business development/CEO role. We are now short on funding so this offer would be based on profit share, and I am open to sensible offers.
