Engage Colombian Entrepreneurs for Market Research

My name is Yann, I’m from France, and I’m currently exploring a business idea in Colombia.
I’d like to offer simple landing pages for small businesses and local entrepreneurs in Colombia. But before launching anything, I want to validate whether this could actually interest them.
I tried contacting 22 business owners on WhatsApp with a written message**, but I didn’t get any replies. I think the message may have sounded too commercial, even though my goal was only to do a small market research survey.
I’m now thinking about testing a shorter and more human approach, maybe with a voice message instead of a long text.
I’d like to hire someone to help me with this first step: creating a better outreach message and possibly a short voice message that feels natural, friendly, and not salesy.
Could you help me write a simple and effective first message, and also suggest a short voice message script that could work well with Colombian business owners?
In the future, I will need help managing WhatsApp messages from potential clients and making a few calls to answer questions or reassure them.
For now, I’m mainly looking to work with someone who understands the local communication style and can help me approach this in the right way.

La idea sería crear una página web simple, clara y profesional, donde tus clientes puedan entender rápidamente lo que ofreces, ver tus servicios, precios, fotos y saber cómo contactarte sin tener que buscar por todos lados.
Creo que esto podría ayudar a los comerciantes a dar una mejor imagen, responder menos veces las mismas preguntas y, posiblemente, recibir más solicitudes de clientes.
Antes de crear algo, me gustaría hablar con comerciantes reales para saber si este tipo de solución puede ser útil o no.
