Key Responsibilities:
Business Structuring & Guidance

Help me define and refine service models, pricing, packages, and business workflows

Advise on scaling and long-term business growth

Assist with hiring systems and planning for team expansion

Marketing Materials & Brand Assets

Create professional brochures, proposals, and slide decks for schools and parents

Draft clear messaging for website, social media, and WhatsApp/Email communication

Build lead generation and client communication templates

Recruitment & Team Setup

Write job descriptions and onboarding documents for mentor recruitment

Assist with organisational structure and delegation planning

Ideal Freelancer Will Have:
Strong experience in business development, startups, or entrepreneurship

Bonus: background in education, youth programmes, or psychology

Excellent English writing and content creation skills

Proven ability to create branded marketing materials

Ability to work independently, give advice, and move the project forward
