Job Responsibilities:
Travel across various cities and states in India as per business needs
Perform on-ground retailing and field sales activities
Identify and onboard new retail partners/customers
Pitch and demonstrate our products with confidence
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Report daily/weekly progress and feedback
Key Requirements:
Strong communication skills (Hindi + regional languages are a bonus)
Excellent persuasion and negotiation ability
Street-smart attitude with a go-getter approach
Willingness to travel extensively (PAN India)
Previous field sales or retailing experience preferred
Self-motivated and target-driven
