## 1. Core Resources

* FAQ & Q\&A Document: This contains prepared answers to common application questions (market size, traction, business model, team, etc.). Use this for filling out forms directly.
* Pitch Decks:

* Canadian Deck (CAD) → Use when the raise/ask is typically under \$200K–\$250K.
* U.S. Deck (USD) → Use when the raise/ask is typically above \$250K.
* Two-Pager & One-Pager: For programs that request a shorter summary.
* Technical Overview (Future State): Use only when technical detail is specifically requested.
* Excel Tracker: I will also be sending an Excel document listing the companies, accelerators, and funds we will be applying to. As we go through, we will mark which ones we have contacted, which ones are not available, and which ones require a direct email instead of a form. This sheet must be updated continuously so we know the full status of each outreach.

You will be given PDF versions of each of these documents for easy uploading.

## 2. Funding Asks to Choose From

We have multiple asks depending on the audience:

* \$200,000 CAD on a \$1M post-money SAFE → Use for Canadian funds, early-stage accelerators, and smaller crypto foundations.
* \$600,000 USD on a \$3M post-money SAFE → Use for larger U.S. funds, accelerators, and VCs that typically deploy above \$250K.

Always align the “ask” with the norm of that group’s check size. If in doubt, check the accelerator/fund’s average investment size and choose accordingly.

## 3. How to Apply

1. Search for the application – On each company/accelerator/fund’s website, look for the application portal or submission form.

* If you find no application, no email, or funding is closed, make a clear note in the Excel tracker.
* Any repeat names/funds/accelerators should be crossed out in the Excel tracker to avoid duplication.
2. Read the application carefully – Each form has slightly different wording, but the FAQ document covers most standard questions. Adapt the answers as needed.
3. If it is ecosystem-specific (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, Polygon), please see the FAQ section that addresses ecosystem-tailored answers. Make sure to swap names of tokens and chains appropriately when filling out the application.
4. Copy from the FAQ/Q\&A – Use the narrative or Q\&A style answers directly in forms. If word limits apply, prioritize Problem → Solution → Traction → Ask.
5. Attach the correct deck – Decide CAD or USD deck based on the group’s investment size (see Section 2).
6. Include supporting docs if requested (two-pager, one-pager, or technical doc).
7. Track submissions – Update the Excel tracker after every submission with date, contact info, deck used, and status (submitted, pending response, email required, closed, etc.).
8. If a form question does not fit anything in the FAQ/Q\&A, send me a message. I will answer it and send it back for you to fill in.
9. If the form allows you to print or save answers, please do so and send me a copy for records.

---

## 4. Important Notes

* Consistency matters: Always use the prepared answers for core questions (Problem, Solution, Market, Team, Traction, Ask).
* Flexibility: Some accelerators have very short word limits. In those cases, shorten answers but keep the essence clear.
* Professionalism: Double-check spelling, grammar, and formatting before submitting.
* Transparency: Keep me updated on submissions — I should always know which applications have gone out and where we are in the process.

---

## 5. Materials You’ll Receive

## 6. Time Commitment & Pay
