I run a regional business-development center and am assembling a small roster of on-call specialists who can step in when our client companies need hands-on help. My immediate focus is a batch of new ventures that all require polished, investor-ready business plans within the next four weeks.
Beyond those plans, our clients routinely ask for:
• Market research that pinpoints demand, competitors, and growth projections
• Marketing strategy and communications assets that translate findings into traction
• Financial advisory input—pro-forma statements, cash-flow modeling, funding roadmaps
• Loan and grant application packages that meet SBA, state, and private-lender criteria
• Guidance preparing federal and Pennsylvania certification registrations (WOSB, MBE, etc.)
• Longer-range strategic-plan development to steer growth after launch
If you have a proven track record delivering any of the above—as a single expert or as part of a small team—let me know which pieces you can own, the tools you prefer (e.g., LivePlan, HubSpot, Tableau, QuickBooks, or similar), and examples of past successes. Final deliverables must be editable in MS Office or Google Workspace and arrive before the one-month mark so my staff can review and package them for each client.
