Business Development Freelancer Wanted – EU Manufacturing Company
We are a European manufacturing company with more than 600 employees, specializing in the production of high‑quality technical components. Our core technologies include:
Plastic injection molding
Aluminum stamping
Assembly of plastic and multi‑material components into complete end products
We hold IATF and medical industry certifications, ensuring full compliance with the most demanding automotive and medical standards.
Although headquartered in the EU, we also operate a daughter company outside the EU, which enables significantly lower production costs while maintaining European quality and standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a freelancer, agent, or business development professional who can help us acquire new business opportunities for the technologies listed above.
Your role will include:
Identifying companies that purchase plastic parts, stamped components, or require assembly services
Introducing our company and capabilities
Facilitating communication and business opportunities
Helping us secure new production projects
Compensation
We offer a commission-based compensation model, where the agent receives a percentage of the profit generated from each successful project they bring in.
This is a long‑term opportunity for experienced professionals who already have contacts in:
Automotive industry
Medical device industry
Consumer electronics
Industrial equipment
Any sector requiring complex plastic or metal components

Proven experience in B2B industrial sales or lead generation
