Your focus will be to identify decision-makers, pitch our vetted talent pool, and drive each lead through to a service agreement. Because we work exclusively on incentive, the earning potential scales directly with the value and duration of the contracts you secure.
Deliverables I will use to release commissions:
• Qualified lead list with contact details and discovery notes
• Proof of scheduled meetings or demos and the outcome of each
• Executed staffing agreements (digital copy) specifying role count, rates, and start dates
All outreach methods are welcome: LinkedIn prospecting, warm networks, email sequences, or strategic partnerships—as long as they result in closed business. I can supply marketing collateral, sample MSAs, and rapid access to candidate profiles to keep your momentum high.
