Commission-Based UAE Consulting Deal Closer

I run a cyber risk specialty consulting practice focused on IT audits, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and related managed services. The UAE is a core growth market for us, and I need someone who already understands its business landscape to open doors, nurture relationships and close engagements, entirely on a commission basis.

You’ll be free to shape your own prospecting strategy, but success hinges on your ability to speak confidently about IT-audit frameworks, cyber-risk mitigation and local compliance requirements. When you walk into a meeting I expect clients to feel you can translate technical insight into clear business value and, ultimately, a signed contract.

Acceptance criteria for each win:
• Letter of engagement or purchase order on our template, duly executed
• Scope aligns with one or more of our offerings (IT audit, cyber security, compliance or managed services)
• Agreed project start date and payment schedule confirmed with finance
• Handover notes that allow our delivery team to begin work smoothly

Commission is paid as a percentage of every closed deal, with no cap and rapid settlement once the first invoice clears.
