NEEDA GROUP is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our multi-trade service business across Sydney. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

We provide clients with one point of contact for all their maintenance and trade needs.
Your Role
- Generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, strata managers, builders, NDIS providers, real estates, and commercial clients
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Attend networking events and meetings when required
- Manage leads through to signed contracts
- Work alongside management to grow the NEEDA GROUP brand
