About the Role

We are hiring experienced sales agents with access to a UK dialer to identify and onboard tenants eligible for house disrepair claims. Your role is to connect with tenants living in poor housing conditions and guide them through starting a compensation claim.

This campaign offers strong earning potential for agents who can build trust and qualify genuine cases.

Target Leads

Tenants facing issues such as:

Damp and mold

Leaks or water damage

Broken heating systems

Structural cracks

Pest infestations

Electrical hazards

Poor ventilation

Responsibilities

Cold call UK tenants using a UK dialer

Explain housing disrepair claim eligibility

Build trust and gather case details

Qualify and submit valid claims

Maintain basic call and submission records

Commission Structure

Competitive commission per approved claim

No earning cap

Requirements

Access to a UK dialer / UK calling capability

Experience in UK claims or outbound campaigns preferred

Strong communication and empathy skills
