What We Offer

Commission: 10% on every confirmed, paid project (e.g., $2,500 project = $250 / ₹21,000).
Incentive Growth: After 3 months of consistent performance → commission increases to 15%.
Zero Upfront Fees: Payment is made only after client acquisition and project payment.
Long-Term Collaboration: Consistent performers can grow with us into larger roles.
Transparent Dealings: NDA or mutual agreement can be signed for trust and clarity.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in bidding on platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Payment Terms

100% performance-based — no fixed salary.
Commission is released only after project confirmation and client payment.
Milestone payments based on actual project value.
