Commission-Based Lead Generation BDE
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I need an experienced Business Development Executive who can jump in right away and work purely on commission to bring fresh, qualified leads and close deals for two lines of business:
• Custom software solutions
• BPO services in Healthcare and Customer Service
Your day-to-day work is entirely up to you, but the outcome I expect is clear—signed clients. You may leverage LinkedIn, cold email, industry events, phone outreach, or any proven channel, as long as the leads match our target profiles and convert. I will supply marketing collateral, case studies, and quick technical support whenever you need to address prospects’ questions; you supply the pipeline and the results.
Acceptance criteria for each deal
• Prospect fits either Custom Software or Healthcare/Customer Service BPO scope
• Solution requirements confirmed and documented
• Intro call completed with our delivery team
• Signed agreement or paid pilot
