This is a commission-based role suitable for freelancers who are confident in online bidding, outreach, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Search for relevant job opportunities and business leads
Submit proposals and initiate communication with potential clients
Generate meeting invitations and qualified leads
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements
Maintain organized records of submitted bids and responses
Requirements:
Experience with online bidding platforms or lead generation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with freelancing platforms, recruitment, or outsourcing industry is a plus
Compensation:
