I’m looking for a business-development professional who can consistently bring in new clients on a pure commission basis. You already have—or can quickly build—a network of decision-makers in the SMB space and know how to translate their pain points into signed projects.
How the partnership will work
• You source and qualify prospects that fit our service profile.
• I join during technical discussions, craft proposals and deliver the work.
• Commission is paid on every closed deal; percentage and milestones are agreed before outreach begins.
Acceptance criteria
• Warm introductions or qualified leads that result in at least one signed project.
• Clear hand-off of client requirements so development can start without re-discovery.
• Transparent tracking of deal stage and commission owed.
