Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email, etc.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
Convert leads into confirmed projects
Maintain good client relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT business development or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close deals independently
Experience with international clients is a plus

Payment Terms:

Commission-based payment (percentage per project)
Commission will be paid after successful project confirmation/payment from client
