Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through online/offline methods
Approach builders, homeowners, corporate clients, and real-estate networks
Pitch services and convert prospects into confirmed projects
Maintain follow-ups and assist in closing deals
Provide weekly updates and progress reports
Requirements
Experience in sales for interior design, construction, or real-estate sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand design and construction requirements
Self-driven and able to work independently
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
