Cold calling executive needed

We are a growing website development agency looking for a freelance sales caller to help us connect with business owners.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to businesses from the lead list provided by us.
- Introduce our website development services.
- Identify interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings/calls with potential clients.
- Send follow-up WhatsApp messages when required.
- Maintain basic lead tracking records.

Requirements:

- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

- performance-based incentives for qualified meetings and closed deals.

Ideal Candidate:

- Has experience in telecalling, sales, insurance, education counseling, real estate, digital marketing, or similar fields.
- Can make high-volume calls daily.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
