Client Acquisition for Engineering Firm

Job ID: 40240827

Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD

I run a well-established structural and civil design practice that currently serves two repeat clients. My 2026 objective is to grow that number to eighteen, and I’m ready to reward each new relationship on a fixed, per-client milestone basis. As soon as I begin direct dialogue with a prospect you have qualified, the milestone clears—simple and immediate.

Your core task is end-to-end outreach. Because you are seasoned in cold calling and email marketing, I expect you to handle everything from building the contact list and crafting the pitch to scheduling that warm handoff. You are free to blend in other tactics if they accelerate results; just keep my involvement light until an RFQ is on the table.

Key points you can lean on when approaching decision-makers:
• Our team’s decades of civil and structural engineering experience across commercial, industrial, and municipal work
• In-house capability to take projects from preliminary concept through stamped drawings and submittals to cities and counties, we can handle all of this in house.
• Proven track record of repeat engagements that cut onboarding time for new partners

Deliverables for each successful handoff
1. Contact details and brief company profile of the prospect
2. Summary of discussions held (call notes or email thread)
3. A request for quotation from the prospect ready for follow-up by me.
4. Confirmation that the prospect expects my follow-up and understands our service scope

Acceptance criteria
• Prospect is a legitimate decision-maker able to commission structural or civil design work
• They have expressed explicit interest in receiving an RFQ or proposal from us
• I am able to reach them and continue the conversation within five business days of your introduction

If you’re confident you can open doors using cold outreach and persuasive email sequences, let’s start bringing new long-term partners into the fold.
I would like to target home developers and companies that produce steel and aluminum buildings to offer civil and structural design and engineering services.
