Job Title: City Marketing Executive / Brand Representative – Opland ERP

Employment Type: Full-Time / Field-Based
Stipend / Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on leads & conversions)

We are expanding across India and looking for energetic marketing professionals who can represent our brand, connect with businesses, and help us showcase the product in their respective cities.

Role Overview

As a City Marketing Executive, you’ll promote Opland ERP in your assigned region — visiting companies, scheduling demos, collecting business leads, and helping us grow city by city.

Key Responsibilities

Visit local companies, colleges, and business parks to introduce Opland ERP.

Generate leads and coordinate with the Hyderabad HQ for demos.

Conduct small product showcases and presentations at client offices.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners).

Collect and report client requirements or feedback to the central team.

Maintain a lead tracker and update status daily. Give product demos.

Support city-level events, expos, and promotional campaigns.

Build brand visibility and awareness in your region.

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confidence in meeting business owners, HR managers, and startup founders.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.

Basic understanding of ERP / HR software (training will be provided).

Fluent in English and local language (Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Bengali, etc.).

Eligibility

Recent college graduates or outgoing students (any stream: BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)

Freshers or those with 0–2 years of experience in marketing/sales/business development.

Own laptop and smartphone preferred.

Willing to travel locally within city.

Compensation & Perks

Fixed Pay: ₹15,000/month (minimum)

Performance Incentives: Based on leads & successful demos (up to ₹10,000/month)

Travel Allowance: Reimbursed for client visits.

Training and certification from Opland Technologies.

Best performers may get a permanent position in national marketing or ERP sales.
