Job Overview
This is a great opportunity for someone working in an IT firm with sales experience, and wanting to enhance their career path. The right candidate will have carte blanche to grow this role and develop it into a Senior Management role.
Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
Work effectively with Decision Makers to develop long-term strategic relationships.
Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the company.
Develop and maintain a deal pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support requirements.
Requirements Traits
Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Open-minded and willing to learn
Has modern technology (AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, ML, Blockchain) industry knowledge.
Can use a consultative selling approach to develop long-term relationships.
Has outstanding communication and networking skills across a variety of channels.
Keeps up to date with market trends, utilising the information for business improvement.
Passionate about technology and keeps up to date with the latest industry advances.
Education level
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or equivalent. MBA is a bonus.
Location
Remote, Sydney Time ±1 hours, and occasionally requested to come to Sydney-based office, with notice.
