Business development expert needed for Zoom Discovery Calls with client

We provide KPO services to CPA firms in the US and Canada. We have an LLC in the US and a delivery center in India. I, the CEO, is based out of India.
We have discovery calls with our potential clients every week. I need someone who will join me on Zoom on the discovery call. Your job will be to help me close the client.
I will steer the technical part of the discussion. I need help with ice breaking. Because my appearance and accent are different from someone who is in the US, it helps to have someone on the team who has a US accent and appearance.
