Business development Intern for an Agency
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a boutique creative agency at the intersection of Web3, AI, photo-video production, and podcast creation. The next phase of our growth is to bring in an energetic business-development intern who can help me turn warm interest into signed projects.
English communication proficiency is non-negotiable; you will be speaking with founders, marketing heads, and creators from day one. If you already understand Web3 or have sales experience, that is a bonus, but I am happy to train the right person on industry specifics as long as your spoken and written English is polished and confident.
Your role will revolve around:
• Researching and qualifying leads that need content production or Web3/AI integration
• Scheduling and running discovery calls
• Coordinating proposals and follow-ups until the deal is closed
• Maintaining a simple CRM with status updates
Compensation is structured as a fixed monthly stipend plus a 5 % commission on every closed sale, so your upside grows with the pipeline you build. I have a slight preference for a female voice on the calls to balance our current team dynamic, but the ultimate decision will come down to skill and drive.
Success for this internship looks like a healthy pipeline report each week, clear call notes, and at least a handful of signed projects by the end of your first quarter. If you are ready to sharpen your sales craft inside a cutting-edge creative studio, I would love to hear how your communication strengths can help us both succeed.
