U.S. Business Representative
Budget: $40 – $60 USD
I run an established IT services and consulting firm overseas and am now ready to open a United States branch. I need a Business Representative who can guide and front the process on the ground while keeping in close touch with me each week.
What I need from you
• Form an LLC on our behalf, handling state filings, EIN, operating agreement and any basic compliance steps until the entity is fully active.
• Join me on brief client video or phone meetings - usually no more than one to two hours weekly - to add local credibility and help field questions.
• Communicate clearly, proactively and personably about progress, issues or client feedback. Strong communication skills are the single most important quality I’m after.
Workload & compensation
Expect roughly five hours a week at an agreed hourly rate while the LLC is being set up and during early client calls. Once the business starts generating revenue, you’ll receive a fair percentage of net income in addition to the hourly pay - so there is genuine long-term upside for the right partner.
