Business Development Representative in Oman

We are looking for a Business Development Representative based in Oman to promote and expand our brand of IQF Frozen Vegetables.

Job Role Includes:
• Surveying the IQF frozen vegetable market in Oman and understanding the market structure.
• Studying current price trends and competitor pricing.
• Identifying potential buyers (wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, HORECA, etc.)
• Meeting prospects, promoting products, and presenting samples.
• Working toward closing sales deals through follow-ups and negotiations.
• Sharing regular reports on findings, pricing, leads, and client meetings.

Ideal Candidate:
• Preferred experience in frozen food / FMCG / food distribution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and direct client meetings.
• Knowledge of the Oman market.

Outcome Expected:
• Clear market and pricing understanding.
• Lead generation and at least 3-5 sales conversion.
• Continuous progress reporting.
