The Deal: We are not looking for an employee. We are looking for a Business Development Partner with existing connections in the IT sector.
You: Secure the mandate/contract from IT companies looking to hire.
We: Handle the sourcing, screening, and successful onboarding of candidates.
The Pay: You earn a recurring percentage of the revenue for every candidate successfully placed with the client you brought in.
