Business Development & Operations Partner for Growing Copilot Consultancy (Ongoing, Remote)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Your Copilot Journey is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to provide ongoing Business Development and operations support. This is a blended role that combines business development work (strategy, lead generation, outreach) with operational quality assurance around our client roadmap and daily lesson process.
We're after someone who can own recurring workflows, keep quality high, and coordinate cleanly across the team. The role is open to all qualified freelancers — please apply with a short note on your relevant experience and availability.
Scope of Work
Business Development & Strategy
Support business planning and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
Conduct lead research and qualification, and manage the CRM (Dynamics 365 / Business Central)
Develop and support LinkedIn outreach strategy and campaigns
Content & Quality Assurance
Review content and provide clear improvement recommendations
Perform client roadmap quality assurance — review every client roadmap (including minor version updates) for quality and business value before release
Roadmap Operations
Manage the roadmap approval workflow, including status flags (e.g., approved, expired), coordinating with team roles so responsibilities stay clear
Confirm daily brief selection — verify which roadmap version is sent out as each client's daily brief
Contribute to product roadmap and Copilot journey development
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in Business Development, sales operations, or a similar support role
Solid understanding of the Executive Assistant role and of working with executives — you know how to support senior leaders and keep them well-served
Comfortable with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 and Business Central experience a plus) and LinkedIn outreach
Strong eye for quality — able to review roadmaps and content critically for business value
Organized and reliable with approval workflows and status tracking
Excellent written communication and coordination skills
Self-directed and dependable on recurring, ongoing tasks
