Business Development Manager, US IT Recruitment and RPO

Job Description:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the RPO industry through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor customized RPO solutions to meet their specific needs.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Lead contract negotiations and secure new business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all RPO-related inquiries and issues.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving recruitment needs, challenges, and industry trends.
Proactively address client concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruitment specialists and account managers, to align services and exceed client expectations.
Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving business growth within the RPO industry.
Forecast and track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor competitors' activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in the RPO industry.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote our brand.
Share industry insights and thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and social media platforms to enhance our organization's reputation as an RPO leader
