Business Development Manager - Employer Acquisition Needed

Trivial Chapter is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager – Employer Acquisition to expand our international manpower business across Montenegro and other European countries.

The ideal candidate will have an established network of employers, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners, along with proven expertise in acquiring workforce requirements and driving international manpower placements. This is a results-driven role focused on employer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with employers, staffing agencies, and recruitment agencies requiring manpower.
Generate workforce requirements across industries such as Construction, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Agriculture, and other sectors.
Introduce qualified employers and facilitate initial business discussions.
Coordinate with our internal team to ensure smooth employer onboarding and manpower deployment.
Build long-term business relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, employer acquisition, staffing, or international recruitment.
Strong employer network in Montenegro or other European countries.
Experience working with manpower, staffing, or recruitment agencies is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Performance-Based Commission. Earn €300 for every successful job offer letter issued through employers you introduce. There is no cap on earnings—the more job offer letters generated by your employers, the more you earn. For example, 10 job offer letters = €3,000 commission
