I'm seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to connect clients with our HR Consulting firm. We specialize in Corporate Trainings, Mid-Senior Level Recruitment, and Cultural Transformation services, with a primary focus on Corporate Trainings.
Your initial focus will be on promoting our Mid-Senior Level Recruitment service and diverse Corporate Trainings, which include Leadership Development, Skill Enhancement, Soft Skills, and GenZ Training. The primary industry to target for these trainings is Technology.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, especially in the HR or training sector.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience working with technology companies is a plus.
