Business Development Executive(BDE) Needed – Commission Based (Client Acquisition)

Job ID: 40411735

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I am an independent professional looking to expand our client base across India, the US, UK, Europe, and other promising markets. To achieve this, I’m seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will earn purely on commission and can confidently bring in new Technology & IT projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Acquire new clients/projects in Technology & IT

2) Focus on SaaS firms, product companies needing engineering teams, and mid‑sized enterprises modernising legacy systems

3) Use ethical acquisition methods: LinkedIn prospecting, researched cold outreach, referrals, and lead‑generation platforms

4) Build a qualified pipeline, book first meetings (with me or a senior engineer), and close deals
5) Note: Project delivery, execution, and client servicing will be fully handled by me and my team. The BDE’s sole responsibility is client acquisition and deal closure.

Support Provided:

1) Case studies, domain experts for calls, and marketing collateral

2) Full freedom to design and execute acquisition strategies

Commission & Payment Terms:

1) Commission: 10–15% of project value (negotiable)

2) Commission released only after client invoices are paid

3) Payout within 7–10 business days of payment clearance

4) Initial 3‑month trial period, renewable upon mutual consent

Success Metrics:

1) Pipeline of qualified tech prospects aligned with our service stack

2) Meetings booked and attended jointly when needed

3) Closed deals generating measurable revenue

Note:
This is a commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential, not a fixed salary. Please apply only if you have a proven track record of securing technology clients and are comfortable with performance‑linked compensation.

In your bid, include details of your past experience in client acquisition, industries you’ve worked with, and examples of projects or deals you have closed.

Note:
The budget shown is symbolic. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on projects closed and commission percentage agreed.
