Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are a new web development agency focusing on Next.js, React, Node.js, SaaS apps, landing pages.
We need a BDE who can bid on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and get projects.

Your role:
- Find relevant projects
- Send proposals
- Talk to the client
- Set meetings
- Close deals

Pay:
- 5–9% commission per project OR fixed salary

Long-term role available
Requirements:
Experience with bidding
Must bring 1–2 clients per month
Good English communication
