Business Development Executive (Freelancer/Upwork Bidder)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹4,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) or Freelancer/Upwork Bidder to help us acquire new software development projects.
We specialize in .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, React, Angular, SQL Server, Azure, Web APIs, and Full Stack Development. Your responsibility will be to identify relevant projects, write compelling proposals, communicate with clients, and help us win projects.
Responsibilities
* Search for relevant projects on Freelancer.com, Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
* Analyze project requirements and submit high-quality, personalized proposals.
* Communicate professionally with prospective clients.
* Follow up with clients and respond to messages promptly.
* Negotiate project scope and pricing when required.
* Maintain a record of submitted bids and client conversations.
* Help improve proposal quality and conversion rate.
* Identify long-term clients and recurring business opportunities.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in bidding on Freelancer.com and/or Upwork.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong proposal writing skills.
* Understanding of software development technologies is preferred.
* Ability to understand client requirements quickly.
* Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
* Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Preferred Knowledge
Candidates familiar with any of the following technologies will be preferred:
* ASP.NET Core
* C#
* React
* Angular
* SQL Server
* Azure
* REST APIs
* AI Applications
* SaaS Products
* Payment
This can be one of the following:
* Fixed monthly salary
* Per project commission
* Monthly + Commission (Preferred)
Example:
* Monthly Salary: ₹10,000–₹30,000 (depending on experience)
* Plus 5%–15% commission on every successful project
