Bid Writer for bidding on Rewriting Jobs on Freelancing Platforms on Commission Basis

I am a versatile professional offering Content Rewriting Services. I am looking for a motivated Bid Writer / Business Development Executive (0–2 years experience) to handle online bidding and client acquisition on freelancing websites or platforms.
This position is commission-based (15% of the total project value), with an opportunity to grow into a long-term partnership as our business expands.
Responsibilities:
• Search and identify relevant Content Rewriting projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Write high-quality, customized, and client-focused proposals.
• Manage and grow my profiles through consistent bidding and communication.
• Coordinate with me to prepare project scopes, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and follow up until deal closure.
• Suggest ideas to improve bidding strategy and conversion rate.
Requirements:
• Experience: 0–2 years in online bidding, proposal writing, or business development (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of Data entry services
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms
• Strong presentation, research, and negotiation skills.
Compensation:
• Commission-Based: 15% of the total value of each successfully closed project. Additional performance-based rewards may be offered for consistent results.
