BDM Needed: Win Projects for IT, Web & Digital Agency (Revenue Share or Base + Bonus)
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We are a new IT, Web Development, and Digital Marketing agency looking for a hunter. We do the delivery; you bring the clients.
Your ONLY job is to get projects onboard from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, and LinkedIn.
What you will do:
• Find relevant projects (Web Dev, App Dev, SEO, social media, PPC, Digital Marketing).
• Write & send proposals (bids) daily.
• Manage the initial client chat until "Project Funded/Started."
Compensation Structure (Choose the option that works for you):
Option 1 – Revenue Share (Best for long-term clients)
• 5% of upfront payment + 5% of every monthly retainer
• Example: You bring a 2,000website+2,000website+500/month SEO. You earn 100upfront+100upfront+25 every month the client stays.
Option 2 – Base + Bonus (Best for stable income)
• 50–50–100 weekly base (depends on experience)
• 8% commission on every project you bring
• Example: Bring 5,000inprojects=5,000inprojects=300 base + 400commission=400commission=700/month
Requirements:
• Proven track record (Must show screenshots of won projects).
• English fluency: Professional working proficiency (clear client proposals).
• Knows how to use "Connects" and Freelancer bids efficiently.
