Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified leads for software development projects
• Conduct outreach and initiate client conversations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team
• Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients

Compensation
• Performance-based commission: 10% – 20% per successfully closed project

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
