Africa Activewear & Fragrance Expansion
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I export performance garments and fine perfumes from India and I am ready to grow steadily across Kenya (with a special eye on Nairobi), South Africa, Egypt and Nigeria. To make that happen I need a part-time partner who already understands these markets and can combine solid market research with on-the-ground business development.
Your first priority will be to map consumer preferences in both product categories—active wear and perfume—so I know exactly which styles, scents, price points and marketing angles resonate country by country. From there I want you to start opening doors: suggest the best distribution channels, initiate conversations with prospective buyers or agents, and keep me briefed on local trade regulations or cultural factors that might affect launch timelines.
Deliverables I expect in the first phase:
• Country-wise insight report highlighting consumer tastes, spending power and seasonality
• Shortlist of at least five credible retail or distribution partners in each territory (with contact details)
• Outline of a go-to-market plan covering launch positioning, projected sales milestones and any regulatory steps
If we work well together this role can extend into continuous sales follow-up, trade-show representation and long-term brand building. I value clear weekly updates, data-backed recommendations and a proactive approach to networking. If you already have contacts in fashion or beauty retail within these markets, let me know—that will set you apart.
