I’m building a women-empowerment program that helps participants move from an idea to a revenue-generating venture, and I need an experienced strategist to shape the business-planning side of the initiative. The focus is financial independence, so every tool and framework you produce should be practical, easy to follow, and geared toward first-time female founders who may have limited access to mentors or capital.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A modular business-plan template that walks users through market research, value proposition, revenue modelling, cost projections and measurable milestones.
• A step-by-step strategy playbook covering launch through first 12 months, including lean-startup tactics and bootstrapping options.
• A facilitator’s guide with exercises, case studies and discussion prompts I can use when running in-person or virtual workshops.
• A brief implementation timeline so I can see exactly how the materials roll out across our eight-week training cycle.
Acceptance criteria
• Content must be original, actionable and written in clear, jargon-free English.
• Templates should be fully editable (Google Docs or MS Word).
• All financial worksheets must auto-calculate and use standard assumptions I can adjust easily.
• Final deliverables pass a plagiarism check and are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
