URGENT FOR TOMORROW - HR Contract Appendix Creation (Pricing Schedule)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need an Urgent Appendix for a pricing schedule for an employee outsource contract.
Project: I need someone experienced with HR contracts to create a hybrid model of contract. We outsource people from 3rd party companies and we pay a monthly fee for the company per employee.
My initial idea is: Each employee as per client policy has 40% basic salary and 60% benefits.
I was thinking to have a fixed HR fee for the agency for each employee + a Margin % for the agency calculated based in Basic salary (not sure if its efficient) excluding monthly benefits (allowances), end of service/pension. I want to create something new for the HR and I need cost efficient ideas from experienced people.
I have an initial draft for the appendix.
So what I need you to do:
-Think about ideas of hybrid models and how can the agency can profit in an efficient way.
-Help me to draft the pricing schedule (5-8 pages is fine) with notes.
The pricing schedule must be very clear so the finance can understand what they are paying.
If we close this project with freelancers, I will provide my initial schedule and some formula calculation for the end of service, annual ticket and pension.
