I need an experienced business consultant who already understands how the UAE licensing maze works. My first priority is a seamless company setup, with an immediate focus on a Mainland structure; however, I will also tap your expertise for Free Zone registration and documentation where it adds strategic value.
Here is what I expect us to achieve together:
• Walk-me-through advice on selecting the right legal form, trade name approval, and DED licensing for a Mainland entity.
• Hands-on preparation, checking, and submission of every registration and immigration document until the licence is issued.
• Ongoing PRO support covering labour cards, e-channel, establishment cards, and the full visa cycle—labour, family, and Golden Visa when relevant.
• Optional guidance on Free Zone paperwork so I can keep expansion pathways open without disrupting the Mainland launch.
Acceptance criteria
1. A clear task-by-task timeline with government fees and third-party costs outlined before we start.
2. All applications lodged correctly the first time, with official acknowledgment receipts shared the same day.
3. Licence and first set of visas successfully issued under the agreed timeline.
