Strategic Planning for Long-Term Goals
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned business consultant to guide my company through the creation of a clear, actionable long-term strategic plan. The immediate goal is to translate our vision into a concrete one to three year roadmap that sets measurable objectives, milestones, and success indicators.
Here’s what I expect from the engagement:
•This is start up business
•Detailed marketing and sales strategy
• A concise discovery phase to understand our current position, competitive landscape, and core capabilities.
• A strategic framework that maps out long-term goals, key initiatives, and the sequence in which they should be executed.
• A set of KPIs and tracking methods so we can monitor progress and adjust course as needed.
• A final package that includes both a slide-deck summary for leadership discussions and a detailed written report for operational follow-through.
•Business has 2 wings, MEP and survey and Construction wing(due to financial constraints I am starting with MEP wing)
When you respond, include a detailed project proposal outlining your methodology, estimated timeline, and the tools you prefer to use (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Balanced Scorecard). Past results are always welcome for context, but your proposal structure and clarity will be the main factors in my selection.
